What You'll Do

As a Home Care RN, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and support. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Performing comprehensive patient assessments
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Administering medications and treatments
  • Monitoring patient progress and updating medical records
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families

Qualifications

To be considered for the Home Care RN position, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN
  • Experience in home healthcare or a related field is preferred
  • Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
