Job Responsibilities

As an RN in our hospice department, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Administering medication and treatments to patients
  • Monitoring patient conditions and addressing any changes
  • Coordinating and collaborating with other healthcare professionals
  • Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and their families
  • Assisting with pain management and symptom control
  • Conducting assessments and developing personalized care plans
  • Ensuring proper documentation and accurate record-keeping
  • Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences
  • Delivering education and training to patients and their families

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois
