Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in our Mother Baby unit, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive nursing care to postpartum mothers and their newborns
  • Assessing and monitoring patients' conditions, ensuring their well-being
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Assisting with breastfeeding support and newborn care education
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Qualifications

At Bay Regional Medical Center, we value highly skilled and dedicated healthcare professionals. To be considered for the Registered Nurse position in our Mother Baby unit, the following qualifications are required:

  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Maryland
  • Experience in postpartum nursing or related field preferred
