About the Hospitalist Nazareth Philadelphia PA Job

As a Hospitalist at Bay Regional Medical Center, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive medical care to patients admitted to our facility. This position requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the care of hospitalized patients
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Oversee patient progress, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in medical rounds, conferences, and staff meetings
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant medical and ethical standards

Qualifications

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Completion of residency training program in Internal Medicine
  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine
  • Valid PA state medical license
  • Excellent clinical skills and ability to make informed decisions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment
