Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Our NICU is a state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced technology and staffed by a team of experienced healthcare professionals. We specialize in providing specialized care to critically ill newborns, including premature babies and infants with life-threatening conditions. Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill newborns in the NICU
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform medical procedures
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate parents on infant care and promote a supportive environment
- Assess and document patient progress, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, following infection control protocols

Qualifications
To be considered for the position of Registered Nurse - NICU, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a NICU or related setting
- Strong knowledge of neonatal care and evidence-based practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and make critical decisions
