Job Description

As a Host or Hostess at St. Francis Healthcare, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for patients, visitors, and staff. Your main duties will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming patients, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Assisting with patient check-in and registration processes.
  • Providing directions and answering questions about the facility.
  • Escorting patients and visitors to their designated areas.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the waiting areas.

Qualifications
