Responsibilities

Oversee Food and Nutritional Services

As the Manager of Food and Nutritional Services, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the operations of our food and nutritional services department. This includes managing a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and implementing strategies to optimize patient satisfaction.

Menu Planning and Nutrition

Your expertise in menu planning and nutrition will be crucial in developing and implementing comprehensive meal plans that meet the unique dietary needs of our patients. Budget Management

Quality Assurance and Compliance

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a food and nutritional services department.
  • Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist certification is required.
  • Strong knowledge of food service regulations, including Joint Commission and CMS guidelines.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
