Job Description

As a Registered Nurse RN - Surgical ICU Critical Care, you will play a vital role in the care and treatment of patients in the surgical intensive care unit. This position requires exceptional clinical skills, the ability to work in a high-stress environment, and a passion for providing comprehensive care to critically ill patients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to create individualized care plans
  • Assess patients' conditions and perform ongoing evaluations
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in critical care nursing

Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
