If you're a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking for a rewarding career opportunity, Bay Regional Medical Center is the place for you. We are currently hiring for a full-time Senior Care CNA position on the day shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist seniors with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and record vital signs
  • Administer medications under the guidance of registered nurses
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to seniors
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation

Requirements:

  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Experience working with seniors preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
