Responsibilities and Duties

As a Patient Access Concierge I, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming patients, visitors, and staff members
  • Registering patients by collecting and verifying their personal and insurance information
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of patient registration forms
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating with different departments for seamless patient flow
  • Answering inquiries and providing information about our services
  • Assisting patients with any necessary paperwork and forms
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following qualifications:
