Bay Regional Medical Center has an exciting opportunity available for a Clinical Support Coordinator to join our Ortho department on a full-time basis. As a Clinical Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department and provide valuable support to our healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Support Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and managing patient appointments and schedules
  • Assisting with patient admissions and discharges
  • Ensuring accurate documentation of patient records
  • Facilitating communication between healthcare professionals and patients
  • Providing administrative support to the Ortho department
  • Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies

Qualifications

To qualify for the Clinical Support Coordinator position, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
