Job Description

As a Registered Nurse in our Infusion Center, your primary responsibility will be to deliver specialized infusion therapies to patients. This includes assessing their needs, preparing and administering medications, and monitoring their overall well-being throughout the treatment. You will work closely with physicians, pharmacists, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure the patient's infusion therapy is safe and effective.

Some of your key responsibilities as a Registered Nurse in our Infusion Center:

  • Performing comprehensive patient assessments prior to infusion therapy.
  • Preparing and administering IV medications following established protocols.
  • Monitoring patients' vital signs, reactions, and progress during the infusion.
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding the treatment process and potential side effects.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation of patients' medical history, treatment plans, and progress in their electronic health records.
  • Collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans for patients.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for the position of Registered Nurse (RN) in our Infusion Center, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Hold a valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nazareth.
  • Have a minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in an infusion or critical care setting.
