Responsibilities of a Home Care Registered Nurse

As a Home Care Registered Nurse at Bay Regional Medical Center, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing and evaluating the patient's condition and developing an individualized care plan
  • Administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed
  • Monitoring vital signs and providing ongoing patient education
  • Coordinating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care

Requirements

To qualify for the Home Care Registered Nurse position at Bay Regional Medical Center, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Valid Registered Nurse license in the state
  • Minimum of X years of nursing experience
