Responsibilities and Qualifications

Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse in our Float Pool, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and holistic patient care. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing Direct Patient Care: Delivering hands-on care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assessing and Monitoring: Conducting assessments, monitoring vital signs, and implementing appropriate nursing interventions.
  • Collaborating with Healthcare Team: Working closely with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administering Medications: Safely administering medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
  • Documenting and Reporting: Maintaining accurate patient records and documenting any changes in condition or response to treatment.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Valid RN License: Must possess a current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state.
  • Previous Experience: Prior experience in a similar role or healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to keenly observe and assess patients' conditions and ensure accuracy in documentation.
