Are you passionate about diagnostic imaging and patient care? Bay Regional Medical Center is currently looking for a skilled and highly motivated CT Tech to join our team. As a CT Tech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate diagnostic results and contributing to the overall patient experience.

Responsibilities of a CT Tech

As a CT Tech, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce detailed images of patients' internal organs and tissues. Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing patients for CT imaging procedures
  • Performing CT scans following established protocols
  • Ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure
  • Analyzing images to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Collaborating with radiologists and healthcare professionals to interpret results
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting CT equipment
  • Adhering to all safety and regulatory guidelines

Requirements for the Position

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Valid certification as a CT Technologist
  • Experience in operating CT equipment
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
