About the Position

As a PCA/ Clerical Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to provide direct patient care and perform administrative duties in the Evening Medical Oncology department. This includes assisting with patient admissions, managing patient records, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication within the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with patient admissions and discharges
  • Prepare and maintain patient records and charts
  • Coordinate appointments and manage the scheduling system
  • Assist healthcare providers with procedures and examinations
  • Monitor and record vital signs of patients
  • Ensure proper inventory management of medical supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a PCA/ Clerical Coordinator preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
