Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nutrition Coordinator at Bay Regional Medical Center, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct nutrition assessments and create individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Educate patients and their families on proper nutrition and dietary requirements
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition interventions
  • Stay up-to-date with advances in clinical nutrition research and best practices
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care plans

Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role, we require the following qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
  2. Registered Dietitian (RD) credential
  3. Minimum of 3 years of clinical nutrition experience
  4. Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  7. Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
