Job Responsibilities
- Performing various diagnostic and analytical tests on patient samples in the core laboratory.
- Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment and instruments.

- Working collaboratively with the medical team to provide accurate diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Participating in quality control and quality assurance activities.
- Continuously updating knowledge of laboratory techniques, procedures, and advancements in the field.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
- Valid certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS).
- Prior experience working in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
