We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Director of Pharmacy to join the esteemed team at Loyola Medicine. As an integral part of the healthcare system, this leadership role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of pharmacy services and patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the pharmacy department
  • Oversee the management and optimization of medication use processes

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution
  • Current and active pharmacy licensure in the state of Illinois
  • Advanced knowledge of pharmacy practices and regulations
  • Proven experience in pharmacy administration and leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
