Job Responsibilities

As a Clinical Staff RN Nurse at Bay Regional Medical Center, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with best practices and protocols
  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Administering medications and treatments
  • Monitoring and documenting patient progress
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Educating patients and their families on disease management and treatment options
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives
  • Adhering to ethical and professional standards

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we require the following qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
