Job Responsibilities

As a Nurse Assistant on our Float Team, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and support to our nursing staff. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
  • Turning and positioning bedridden patients to prevent bedsores
  • Providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
  • Assisting with patient transfers and transportation
  • Maintaining a clean and safe patient environment

Qualifications and Requirements

We are looking for dedicated individuals who meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a certified Nurse Assistant training program
  • Valid Nurse Assistant certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends
