Job Description

As a Float PCA POOL at Bay Regional Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19152, you will play a critical role in providing direct patient care and ensuring the comfort and safety of our patients. You will work closely with the nursing team to assist with various tasks, including:

  • Monitoring and recording vital signs
  • Assisting with patient admissions and discharges
  • Maintaining patient hygiene and comfort
  • Assisting with patient mobility and transfers
  • Documenting patient information accurately
  • Supporting healthcare professionals with medical procedures
  • Responding to patient needs promptly and efficiently
  • Ensuring a clean and organized patient environment

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel as a Float PCA POOL at Bay Regional Medical Center, you should possess the following qualifications and meet the specified requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Completed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
  3. Current CPR certification
  4. Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
