Your Role as an RN or LPN

As an RN or LPN in our Med/Surg department, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and evaluating patients' condition
  • Administering medications and treatments
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Monitoring and documenting patient progress
  • Providing education and emotional support to patients and their families

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Mount Carmel
  • Experience in a Med/Surg or similar setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
