Your Role as a Senior Clinical Advisor RN

As a Senior Clinical Advisor RN in Behavioral Health, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supervising the clinical practices within our department. Your expertise and leadership will help ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our patients, while also mentoring and supporting our team of dedicated professionals.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Supervising and coordinating the clinical activities of the Behavioral Health department
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Providing expert clinical guidance to healthcare professionals within the department
  • Ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote comprehensive care
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress
  • Participating in ongoing professional development and staying updated with industry advancements

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this critical role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New England
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Behavioral Health nursing
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Exhibit an in-depth understanding of evidence-based practices in Behavioral Health
  • Be passionate about providing empathetic and patient-centered care
  • Experience in a supervisory or advisory capacity is highly desirable
