Key Responsibilities:
As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in our Urgent Care facility, you will play a crucial role in providing primary and specialized care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and Diagnosing: Conduct initial patient evaluations, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests as needed to accurately diagnose medical conditions.
- Treating and Managing: Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans for patients and manage their ongoing care, ensuring effective and timely interventions.
- Prescribing Medications: Prescribe medications and monitor the effectiveness of prescribed treatments to optimize patient outcomes.
- Collaboration and Consultation: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care and coordinate treatment plans.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Educational Requirements: Possess a Master's degree in Nursing or completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Certifications: Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and relevant state licensure.
