Are you looking for a Receptionist position in an OB/GYN Medical Office in Mishawaka? Bay Regional Medical Center is currently seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office and providing excellent customer service to patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check-in patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Manage patient data and maintain electronic medical records
  • Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
  • Coordinate communication between patients, medical staff, and administrative personnel
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
  • Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
  • High school diploma or equivalent
