Job Description

As a Resident Care Assistant (RCA), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and assistance to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitoring and documenting vital signs and medication administration
  • Supporting residents with mobility and ambulation
  • Ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Ensuring adherence to infection control protocols

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  1. Prior experience in a similar care-giving role
  2. Valid certification or license as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  3. Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
  4. Excellent communication and organizational skills
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  6. Flexibility to work day, evening, or night shifts as needed
  7. CPR and First Aid certification
