As a Phlebotomist - Lab Tech, you will play a crucial role in our laboratory operations, ensuring accurate specimen collection and processing.

Responsibilities

  • Perform venipunctures and capillary punctures for sample collection
  • Follow proper protocols and safety measures during specimen handling and processing
  • Accurately label and document samples for tracking and analysis
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient laboratory operations

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Phlebotomist or Lab Technician
  • Valid certification in Phlebotomy
  • Excellent knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
