About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent nursing care to patients in our Rapid Decision Unit
  • Assess and monitor patients' conditions, documenting any changes
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records

Requirements

  • Active RN/Registered Nurse license in the state of Michigan
  • Previous experience in an acute care setting preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
