Responsibilities

  • Prepare and dispense medications following established protocols and guidelines
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal pharmaceutical care
  • Monitor patient medications for potential interactions or adverse reactions
  • Provide medication counseling and education to patients

Requirements

  • PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
  • Valid pharmacist license in the state of Michigan
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Prior experience in a clinical pharmacy setting is preferred
