Role and Responsibilities

As a Virtual RN - Onsite at Oakland, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct patient care in a virtual setting
  • Assessing and monitoring patients' health conditions
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to create effective treatment plans
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Educating patients and their families about their medical conditions
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
  • Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  1. A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan
  2. Prior experience in virtual nursing or telehealth
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  7. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with virtual healthcare platforms
