Your Role as a Pharmacy Technician
As a Pharmacy Technician in the oncology department, your primary responsibility will be to assist pharmacists in dispensing medications, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency. In this role, you will:

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, we are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of Illinois
- Prior experience in an oncology pharmacy setting is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of chemotherapy medications and handling procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
