Job Description
As a Correspondence Representative-I in the Patient Financial Services department, your main responsibility will be managing medical billing correspondence. You will be responsible for reviewing and responding to patient inquiries and concerns regarding medical billing statements, insurance claims, and payment plans.
In this role, attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential. You will need to thoroughly understand medical billing processes and be able to effectively communicate complex information to patients, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate billing practices.
Key Responsibilities
