About the Role

As a Supervisor in our Clinical Labs department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of skilled laboratory professionals and managing day-to-day operations. Your primary objective will be to maintain high standards of patient care, accuracy, and efficiency in all lab processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to laboratory staff
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards
  • Monitor and evaluate laboratory performance metrics
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and ensure timely test results
  • Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
  • Participate in performance reviews and training programs for staff
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
  • Valid licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership position
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Proficient in the use of laboratory information systems
