Responsibilities

As an HC LPN FT Evenings team member, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering medications, treatments, and vaccinations as per physician instructions
  • Assisting physicians and registered nurses in various medical procedures
  • Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any abnormalities
  • Documenting patients' medical histories and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Ensuring compliance with medical and legal regulations

Qualifications

To be considered for the HC LPN FT Evenings position at Bay Regional Medical Center, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Valid LPN license in the state of Indiana
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills
