Job Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Worker, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the overall care and treatment of our adult patients during evening shifts. You will work alongside our interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists, to ensure the well-being of our patients. Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting patient assessments and monitoring progress
  • Assisting with therapeutic activities and group sessions
  • Administering medications under proper supervision
  • Ensuring a safe and secure environment for patients
  • Providing emotional support and crisis intervention
  • Documenting patient interactions and maintaining records

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications and requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Previous experience working in a mental health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
