About the Vascular Technologist Position

The role of a Vascular Technologist is to perform diagnostic tests and imaging procedures to evaluate the blood vessels and circulation system of patients. As a Vascular Technologist at Bay Regional Medical Center, you will play a crucial role in assisting physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of vascular diseases.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct various non-invasive vascular testing procedures, including ultrasound and Doppler exams.

Requirements:

• Valid certification as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT).
• Minimum of two years of experience in performing vascular ultrasound and Doppler exams.
• Strong knowledge of vascular anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using ultrasound equipment and related software.
