Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Trauma and Emergency Registered Nurse at Bay Regional Medical Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in critical situations. Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans
  • Monitoring and evaluating patient response to treatments
  • Administering medications and treatments
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintaining accurate patient records

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of 2 years of Trauma and Emergency nursing experience
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
