At Bay Regional Medical Center, we are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Technician to join our dynamic team in Livonia. This full-time position offers night shifts, providing an opportunity to make a significant impact on patients' lives.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients who are dealing with mental health issues. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting patients with daily activities and personal care
  • Monitoring and documenting patient progress

  • Assisting with crisis intervention
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop personalized care plans

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Prior experience in a mental health or related field is preferred
