Your Role as a Breast Health Nurse Navigator

Qualifications and Skills

- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Connecticut
- At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in oncology or women's health
- Strong knowledge of breast health, breast anatomy, and related diseases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Additionally, certification as a Breast Care Nurse Navigator (CBCN) or willingness to obtain certification within the first year of employment is preferred.
