Job Responsibilities

As a Flex Team RN at Bay Regional Medical Center, your responsibilities may include:

Qualifications

To be considered for the Flex Team RN position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
