About the Physician Recruiter Position

As a Physician Recruiter at Bay Regional Medical Center, you will play a crucial role in our healthcare team by leading the recruitment efforts for highly skilled and qualified physicians. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective physician recruitment strategies
  • Conducting extensive market research to identify potential candidates

Requirements
