Job Responsibilities

As a Patient Access Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Greeting patients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Collecting and verifying patient information, including insurance details and medical history.
  3. Assisting patients with the registration process.
  4. Scheduling appointments and coordinating patient referrals.
  5. Explaining financial policies and collecting payments.
  6. Ensuring patient confidentiality and privacy.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in medical software systems.
