Bay Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Radiology Technician to join our Diagnostic FT team. As a key member of our radiology team, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and quality imaging services to our patients. In this role, you will utilize advanced diagnostic imaging equipment and apply your expertise to deliver high-quality images that aid in the diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and other advanced imaging modalities.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during the imaging process.
  • Monitor and assess image quality and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the radiologist to interpret imaging results.
  • Provide accurate documentation and maintain patient records.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid certification as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Previous experience in a diagnostic radiology setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
  • Proficiency in operating imaging equipment and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
