Job Description

As an STNA in the Hospice & Palliative Care department at Bay Regional Medical Center, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to patients facing end-of-life challenges. Your responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring comfort and dignity for patients under your care. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create a supportive environment for patients and their families.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Valid STNA certification in the state of Ohio
  • Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy and compassion for patients
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
