As a Nurse in our Virtual Command Center, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing patient care remotely. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Triaging and prioritizing incoming calls and emails
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment plans
  • Documenting patient interactions and updating medical records

Requirements

To qualify for the Nurse Virtual Command Center PRN job at Bay Regional Medical Center, you should meet the following requirements:

  1. Valid RN license in the state of Iowa
  2. Prior experience in phone triage or telehealth nursing
