Full-Time Night Shift Position

The full-time night shift position at our Birth Center offers a unique opportunity for RNs who are passionate about providing exceptional care to mothers and their babies. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive prenatal, labor, and postpartum care to expectant mothers
  • Monitor fetal health and maternal well-being during labor
  • Assist with the birthing process and provide support to patients and their families
  • Administer medications and assist with pain management techniques
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
  • Document and maintain accurate patient records

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Iowa
  • Previous experience in labor and delivery or related field preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
