Responsibilities

As an RN Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the daily operations of our Primary Care - Outpatient unit. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and mentoring a team of nurses and support staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care.
  • Overseeing the management of patient documentation and medical records.

Requirements

To qualify for the RN Manager - Primary Care - Outpatient position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of primary care practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
