Bay Regional Medical Center is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our Residential Treatment Program in Pittsburgh.

As a Therapist in our Residential Treatment Program, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals on their journey to recovery. You will provide individual and group therapy sessions, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual therapy sessions to address specific mental health concerns and facilitate personal growth.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote peer support and enhance therapeutic outcomes.
  • Assess patients' mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans.

Requirements

  • A master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Licensure or certification as a therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Experience working in a residential treatment program or similar mental health setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
