Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for an exciting opportunity to work on our Med Surg unit? Bay Regional Medical Center is currently hiring for a Registered Nurse RN PRN position for nights.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients' conditions.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Create and maintain accurate patient records and document all interventions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of patients at all times.

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a Med Surg unit.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
